El Paso is known for many things, its warm climate, sunny days, vibrant culture and the Franklin Mountains that form the heart of our community. This recently released short film highlights all these aspects of life in the Sun City through the world of mountain biking. Local filmmaker (and, full disclosure: GECU employee) Devin said he was inspired to create the short film when he was approached by members of the mountain biking community.

“These mountain bikers wanted to showcase the Franklin Mountains and El Paso as a great destination for their sport. Filming was a lot of fun, I got to use my drone and I attached cameras to the bikers too. I think this film lets the world know what El Paso has to offer” Devin said.

Devin’s earlier short films also promote the Sun City in a fun, positive light. His previous film, “It’s An El Paso Thing!” garnered significant attention on social media. “I love El Paso and I want the world to know how what a great place it is.”
