El Paso came together to support local nonprofit organizations and one another during the fifth annual El Paso Giving Day!

With your help, the GECU Foundation raised $2,715 to benefit the United Way of El Paso County. The GECU Foundation will match the funds raised and make an even bigger impact for a total of $5,430!

Your donations will help the United Way of El Paso County help provide basic needs to families and increase financial stability in our community. By working together, the GECU Foundation and United Way of El Paso County can help decrease poverty in the community by increasing financial literacy, supporting job training that leads to jobs that offer livable wages and more! The United Way of El Paso County is also developing an initiative that ensures that the family’s head of household has access to opportunities that help him or her gain job certifications, GEDs, social services, and other needs.

Your support of our movement directly helps El Pasoans and we could not have been able to raise so many funds without your support. Thank you for joining our movement to elevate the entire El Paso community.
